| of the obvious mechanical problems, decide how you are going to handle those, and then make a decision on the body work. I would remove the fascia and the plastic underbody shields and have a look. Obviously your radiator is shot, probably the shroud as well. Your aux electric fan doesnt look good but you might get lucky. Your AC condenser probably got beat up a bit also. Possibly the fan and water pump are damaged. You should be able to tell once the the underbody shields are removed. You air intake looks OK from those pics. With any luck your intercoolers, piping, recircs etc are all fine. You will know when you pull the fascia. Checking for a boost leak wouldn't hurt. Once you have your mechanical list, start pricing out new or used or upgrade parts and labour if you can't do it yourself. Probably a good time to do consider some maintenance (60k, 0r 120 k) if it needs it as you are going to have the radiator out anyways. Once you have your shopping list and some quotes for the mechanicals, you can get a body shop to quote reworking the front and the hood, add it all up, and decide if it is in your budget to fix it all.
